2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days.

3. Can I pick up my order in person?
Free local pick up is available at any of our two locations in Juarez.
You can choose this option at check out.
4. How can I know the status of my order?
After your payment is processed, you will receive an email with your order information and tracking number.
5. My order hasn't arrived, what can I do?
If you experience any delay in receiving your package, please contact us for assistance at hola@chalettboutique.com
6. What is your Exchange Policy?
- You can exchange or receive store credit online and in-store, within the first 7 days of receiving your purchase.
- Items must be returned in original condition and in the original, undamaged packaging.
- Merchandise must not be washed, worn, or damaged.
- All original tags must be attached.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer. Original shipping will not be refunded.
- Items specifically marked as final sale are not eligible for exchange, refund or store credit.
- We reserve the right to refuse any returns that don’t fulfill this criteria.
7. How long will it take to receive a refund?
Your refund will be issued after your return is received and approved.
After your refund is processed it typically takes 3 - 5 days to receive the payment.
If your refund is taking longer than usual, please contact your bank directly.

3. How do I report a payment issue?

4. How can I request an Electronic Invoice (CFDI)?
Electronic Invoices (CFDI) can only be requested within the same calendar month of purchase.
The following information is needed in order to initiate the request:
- Order Number (e.g. #3568)
- Date of purchase
- RFC
- Razon Social
- Address
- City
- State
- Regimen Fiscal
- CFDI use
