1. Where do you ship to?

We ship to all Mexico and the U.S.

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once we ship your order your package will arrive:

  • Mexico: 3-6 business days
  • USA: 4-8 business days

3. What shipping carriers do you use for shipments?

We work with the following parcels in Mexico:

4. How long does it take to process my order for shipment?

Our orders are processed within 24 - 48 hours.

5. What happens if my shipment did not arrive?

If your shipment takes longer than expected, don't worry, contact us and we will help you locate your order.

6. How can I know the status of my order and track it?

When you make your purchase you will be automatically notified via email once your payment is processed and when your shipment has been made.

 

You will also receive an email with your order information and tracking number, which you can use in REDPACK (MEXICO) or USPS (U.S).

7. What if the garment does not fit?

If you require a garment exchange, the garment must have the tag attached and be in perfect condition.

For any type of change you have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
